We ask that you read anddiscuss these guidelines and appropriate sections with each Wesleyan student in your home, and remember to check the website for reference when questions aboutthe school arise. After reviewing this book with your student, please sign the following form on the appropriate line, and also ask your child to do the same.
Please return the form to your middle school student’s homeroom teacher no later than Tuesday, August 23, 2011.
