Our 5th Grade retreat to Camp High Harbour is scheduled for August 29 - August 30, 2012. Below you will find all the necessary information concerning our retreat. You will need to print, sign and return the General Agreement/Release/Waiver Student Activity form and the Medical Permission forms to your child's homeroom teacher by Monday, August 20 ,2012.
